CCA - Student Support Program

The Family Support Team coordinates community, family, and school resources to ensure motivated, healthy, well-cared for students who enthusiastically focus all of their energy on learning. The Family Support Team's school-based members work hand-in-hand with school staff, families, and community members to increase attendance, deepen family involvement, and add resources to prevent and solve problems leading to poor achievement. The Team is designed to focus on those children who are not succeeding despite standard program interventions - those children who are falling through the cracks. Their problems may be due to academic, behavioral, social, health, or attendance issues. The Team works relentlessly to ensure success for every child. It accomplishes this through positive, solution-focused collaboration between educators, families, and community members.
